OUR STORY

Why HealPassage exists

Every year, hundreds of thousands of patients travel to India for treatment, but the process of getting there is often the hardest part. Patients juggle multiple agents who don't talk to each other, get quotes that change once they land, and are left to figure out visas, translators and hospital paperwork almost entirely on their own.

We started HealPassage because we believe that shouldn't be the price of affordable, world-class care. India already has the accredited hospitals, the specialists and the outcomes. What has been missing is someone on the ground who treats your case like it's the only one that matters. Here is exactly how our process works.

We're a young, Delhi-based team, still early in our journey. We don't have thousands of patient stories to point to yet. What we do have is direct, hands-on attention to every case that comes through our door, and a firm belief that a smaller team means faster answers and fewer people falling through the cracks.

Our Mission

To make world-class Indian healthcare genuinely accessible to international patients through honest pricing, direct hospital access, and a coordinator who stays with you from your first message to your recovery back home.

Our Vision

A future where geography and income don't decide whether someone gets the surgery, transplant or treatment they need, and where India is the first place patients think of, not the last resort.

What we stand for

Transparency first

One all-inclusive quote, shared upfront, with no surprise charges once you've already traveled.

One coordinator, start to finish

You speak to the same person throughout, not a different call center agent every time.

Direct hospital access

No unnecessary layers between you and the specialists actually treating you.

Care doesn't end at discharge

We stay in touch for follow-up, not just until you've paid and flown home.

"We built HealPassage because we kept hearing the same story: patients who found great care in India, but only after a confusing, stressful process to get there. We wanted to be the team that removes that stress, not adds to it."

WHY CHOOSE HEALPASSAGE

A different way to plan medical treatment abroad

Medical tourism has a reputation problem: too many agents, unclear pricing and no one to call once you're home. Here is what we do differently.

HealPassage compared with the typical medical tourism experience
Topic The typical experience The HealPassage way
Point of contact Multiple disconnected agents and hospital staff One dedicated coordinator, from your first message to recovery
Pricing Quotes that shift once you've already arrived One transparent, all-inclusive estimate upfront
Hospital access Generic hospital lists with no real relationships A curated network of accredited Delhi hospitals we know directly
Visa & travel You're left to figure out visas and logistics yourself Visa invitation letters, travel and stay coordinated for you
Response time Days of silence waiting for a reply A response to your case within 24–48 hours
After treatment Contact ends the moment you've paid A free follow-up consultation once you're back home

We're a young, growing team, and we don't claim to be the biggest medical tourism company in India. What we can promise is that when you reach out, you're a person to us, not a case number.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about HealPassage

Straight answers about who we are and how we work. For questions about specific treatments and costs, visit our specialty pages.

Is HealPassage a hospital or medical provider?

No. HealPassage is a medical tourism facilitator. We connect you with independent, accredited hospitals in Delhi and coordinate your treatment plan, visa, travel and follow-up. All diagnoses, procedures and medical decisions are made by the licensed doctors and hospitals themselves, not by us.

How does HealPassage make money if consultations are free?

Like most medical tourism facilitators, we are typically compensated by partner hospitals for coordinating and referring patients, not by charging patients for the consultation itself. Any additional service fees for concierge support, such as travel arrangements, would always be disclosed to you upfront, with no hidden charges added later.

Is my medical information kept confidential?

Yes. Your reports and personal details are shared only with the specific doctors and hospitals involved in preparing your treatment plan, and only with your consent. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who is responsible if something goes wrong during my treatment?

Medical responsibility always rests with the treating hospital and doctor, as they are the licensed medical providers. This is standard across the medical tourism industry, since facilitators are not licensed to practice medicine. Our role is to help you choose an accredited, reputable hospital in the first place, and to stay involved as your advocate if concerns come up during your care.

Do I pay HealPassage directly, or the hospital?

In most cases, treatment costs are paid directly to the hospital, so you always know exactly who you are paying for medical care. Any separate service fees we charge, if applicable to your case, are explained clearly before you commit to anything.

Which countries do HealPassage patients come from?

We help international patients, mainly from the Gulf and Africa. We publish country-specific guides for Nigeria, Kenya, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Iraq, Oman, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Tanzania, Uzbekistan and Somalia, covering costs, medical visas and travel.

Where is HealPassage based and how can I contact you?

HealPassage is based at A-5, Street No. 4, Johri Farm, Okhla, New Delhi 110025, India. You can email care@healpassage.com, call +91 87003 27507 or message us on WhatsApp. We aim to reply to your case within 24 to 48 hours.

You're a new company. Is it safe to work with you?

We would rather be upfront about this than pretend otherwise: HealPassage is early-stage. That means a small team that reads your case personally rather than routing you through a call center, but it also means we do not yet have years of patient volume behind us. The hospitals we work with are independently accredited regardless of how new we are, so the quality of your medical care does not depend on our company's age.
