2. Our Role as a Facilitator
Our services may include, depending on your engagement with us:
- Reviewing information and reports you provide and forwarding them to independent, third-party hospitals and medical professionals for their evaluation
- Helping you obtain cost estimates from independent hospitals
- Assisting with logistics such as visa invitation letters, travel, and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinating communication between you and your treating hospital or medical team
- Providing general information about procedures, hospitals, and the treatment process
All medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and procedures are made and performed solely by independent, third-party hospitals and licensed medical professionals who are not employees, agents, or representatives of Heal Passage. Heal Passage does not control, supervise, or take responsibility for the clinical judgment, medical care, or treatment outcomes provided by any hospital or medical professional.
3. No Medical Advice
Nothing on the Site, and no communication from Heal Passage staff, constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Content on the Site (including procedure descriptions, cost ranges, recovery timelines, and risk information) is provided for general educational purposes only. You should always consult a qualified, licensed physician regarding your specific medical condition and treatment options before making any healthcare decision. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not rely on the Site or attempt to arrange international travel.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Heal Passage makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the outcome of any medical procedure, including but not limited to the success of treatment, recovery time, or the absence of complications. 5. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your medical history, current health status, and any other information requested by Heal Passage or a treating hospital. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect your eligibility for treatment, your safety, and the accuracy of any cost estimate or treatment plan provided to you. You are responsible for promptly informing us and your treating hospital of any change in your health status prior to travel or treatment.
6. Fees and Payments
Any fees charged by Heal Passage for facilitation services, and any fees charged by third-party hospitals for medical treatment, will be disclosed to you in advance. Payments for medical treatment are typically made directly to the treating hospital, not to Heal Passage, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund policies for hospital fees are set by the individual hospital, not by Heal Passage; Heal Passage's own facilitation fees, where applicable, are refundable only in accordance with the specific terms provided to you at the time of booking.
7. Travel and Logistics
Where Heal Passage assists with travel arrangements (flights, visas, accommodation), these arrangements are made through independent third-party providers (airlines, visa authorities, hotels). Heal Passage is not responsible for delays, cancellations, denials, or other issues caused by these third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all visa, passport, and travel requirements for your trip, and for arranging appropriate travel insurance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heal Passage, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) medical treatment, care, or outcomes provided by any third-party hospital or medical professional; (b) your use of the Site or reliance on any information contained on it; (c) travel arrangements made through third parties; or (d) any act or omission of a third party.
